About the Pomodoro Timer
The Pomodoro Technique, developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, is a time management method that breaks work into short focused intervals (traditionally 25 minutes) called "pomodoros", separated by short breaks. After a set number of pomodoros, you take a longer break.
This tool implements the full cycle: work sessions, short breaks and a configurable long break after every N sessions. All duration settings are saved to localStorage automatically so they persist across browser sessions.
