About PDF to Word
This tool uses PDF.js to extract text content from each page of a text-based PDF, then assembles it into a DOCX file using the Open XML format. The output is a basic Word document with the extracted text. Complex layouts, tables, and images are not preserved in the conversion.
Limitation: Scanned PDFs that contain images of text (rather than actual text data) will produce empty or minimal output. Those require OCR (optical character recognition) which runs server-side.
