About PDF Image Compressor
This tool works similarly to the PDF Compressor but focuses on reducing embedded image data. It renders each page via PDF.js at a slightly reduced scale and re-encodes the result as a JPEG image into a new PDF using pdf-lib. This is most effective for PDFs that are large primarily due to high-resolution embedded photos or graphics.
Limitation: This approach rasterizes all page content including text. For text-only PDFs, use the standard PDF Compressor instead.
